2017 NHL Draft prospect Pavel Koltygin is a Russian born rookie with the Drummondville Voltigeurs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He is a strong skating forward with an offensive touch and is currentled ranked by NHL Central Scouting as a B player, a 2nd or 3rd round pick at the NHL draft in Chicago in June. The 6 foot 192 lb prospect has 38 points, 19 goals in 48 games. He was selected 9th overall in the 2016 CHL Import draft and born Feb. 10/1999.
