Adam MacDonald was a top defenceman with the Cole Harbour Wolfpack in the NSMMHL during the 2018/19 season. Drummondville Voltigeurs selected MacDonald in the 7th round of the annual midget draft ajnd he was also take by Pictou County in the Maritime Hockey Leasgue draft. The season took its toll on MacDonald as his father Art, died when he was on the road at a highly competitive tournament in Chicoutimi.
