Andrew Macleod was never drafted into the QMJHL and his dream of playing major junior hockey appeared to be fading but to his credit he has cracked the roster of the defending Memorial Cup champions. He was afree agent invite to camp. The 18 year old was one of 5 goalies in camp and was selected after a strong training camp and pre season action. His head coach Kyle MacLennan says its a great example of someone stasying committed and being a professional in his approach to the game.
