Shane Bowers lead the Halifax Macs to a 5-4 OT win and a 3-2 lead in their best of 7 Nova Scotia Major midget Hockey League playoff series with Valley Wildcats. Bowers scored the eventual winner 5 minutes into OT and had 1G 1A in regulation. Drake Batherson tied the score for Wildcats with 1 second left in regulation, his 2nd of game. Tanner Forrest and Colin MacQuarrie also scored for Wildcats. Also scoring for Macs, Peter Drohan, Nick Orman and Ryan Murhpy.
