Colin Parker is the captain of the Kings Muutal Valley Wildcats in the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League. Not only is the valley boy a leader but also provides plenty of offence. But 4 years ago, Parker was in danger of having to stop playing the game due to an irregular heart beat which would race up to 280 beats a minute in some cases. He had surgery in January 2014 and the ablation was successful. Life has returned to normal for the hard working 14 year old who is also an excellent student. He has no restrictions and is healthy John Moore caufght up with Colin and his dad Jeff Parker who is also a power skating coach with the team prior to a game against the Dartmouth Whalers at the Sportsplex. Colin is the younger brother, of Makail, a Mooseheads prospect now playing with in MHL with Valley Wildcats.
