Colten Ellis is enjoying an outstanding first season with the Rimouski Oceanic of the QMJHL. The 17 year old Antigonish native was traded by the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles and has been a workhorse for the Oceanic. He is among the goaltending leaders in most categories, 27 wins (T 1st) 2.24 GAA (2), .917 Save Pct (3), 5 shutours (1) in 42 starts. John Moore caught up with the Cape Breton West Islandsers alum and Rimouski GM and head coach Serge Beausoleil prior to the Oceanic’s only visit to Halifax during the regular season.
