Ethan Phillips was selected by the Halifax Moosehead late in the 2018 QMJHL midget draft despite the Dartmouth native committed to Quinnipiac. The 16 year old attended the Mooseheads training camp and participated in 4 intrasquad games in 2 days. He is allowed to attend the camp for 48 hours without affecting his NCAA eligibility.
