Halifax Mooseheads called up Gavin Hart for Wednesdays’s QMJHLhome game with Victoriaville due to a number of injuries. The rambunctious right winger had 5 shifts, 1 shots and 2 hits during the 8-2 loss but certainly made a positive impression with coach Jim Midgley. Hart was a late round pick this past summer for the Mooseheads and is one of the top rookie scorers in the Maritime Hockey League with the Truro Bearcats with 10 goals, 18 points in 43 games.
