Halifax McDonalds are off to the Telus Cup this weekend in Thunder Bay Ontario to compete for the National Major midget championships. The Atlantic champions are a hard working well balanced group. Bedford’s Liam Walsh was 2nd in team scoring during the regular season and recently agreed to attend Kimball Union Academy in the fall. The Macs will be looking for the 5 foot 8 155 pound winger to help provide offence at the Telus Cup.
