Halifax native Ben Meisner has signed a pro contract with the Central Hockey League’s Allen Americans for the 2014/15 season. The undrafted 24 year old has been preparing for the season by training with a group of elite NHLers, Sidney Crosby, Nathan Mackinnon 7 Matt Duchene. John Moore caught up Meisner at BMO Centre in Bedford.
