Halifax Mooseheads new head coach Andre Tourigny was thrilled with the team’s 2016 QMJHL draft in Charlottetown. The former GM & Coach of Rouyn Noranda sat alongside Cam Russell and Bobby Smith as the team selected Benoit Olivier Groulx and Jared McIsaac 1st and 2nd overall.
