Goaltender Alec MacDonald is this week’s Newbridge Academy Player of Week. The Truro native is a top “A” student and also is up and coming goaltender. This past season, he was part of the goaltending tandem which helped Newbridge to a Private School championship win in Ontario. He is expected to be one of the top goaltenders selected in the 2016 QMJHL draft.
