Nova Scotia captured its first national title since 1989 with a thrilling overtime win over Ontario at the National U17 championships in Halifax. A big crowd at the St Marys Homburg Centre helped Nova Scotia to win. Tournament MVP Nate Darling finished with 50 pts, 1st Team All Star Alex Carson had 28.
