Nova Scotia’s Major Bantam Hockey League is once again raising money for the Children’s Wish Foundation of Nova Scotia. Its the 2nd year in a row the league and the 12 teams have hosted a specific child on a Game Day. Dartmouth Whalers hosted Children’s Wish recipient 6 year old Reid MacDonald Sunday at the Dartmouth Sportsplex. Reid was diagnosed with Severe Immune Deficiency Syndrome at 6 months of age and required a bone marrow translant from his older sister. He’s a healthy boy today and plays minor hockey in the Sackville Flyers association.
