Quality midget prospects at 2017 East Coast IceJam at BMO Centre in Bedford, NS. The 5th annual major midget/major bantam tournament featured 48 teams from across the region and lots of great young talent. More than 100 scouts representing QMJHL teams, Tier 2 Junior teams, NCAA schools and US prep schools were on hand to watch the top talent in the region. Long time International Scouting Services (ISS) scout Chris Mooring sat down with John Moore to discuss some of the top prospects during a break in the action. They discuss the following players, Jaxon Bellamy (Saint John Vitos), Justn Barron and Keeping of the Halifax Macs, Ryan Francis and Bailey Peach of the Cole Harbour Wolfpack, Aiden MacIntosh and Jeremy Jacobs of the Moncton Flyers, Kyle Petten of Tripen and Brendan Sibley and Noah Loaouan of Dartmouth Steele Subaru.
