Rowan Sears is a two sport athlete from Brookfield NS and is coming off a very busy summer. This weekend Softball Canada named its National U19 team to compete at the World championships next summer and the 3rd year Pictou County Weeks forward is one of the shortstops named to the roster. Sears will be back for his 3rd season in the NSMMHL as he was released by Yarmouth Mariners of the MHL last week. John Moore caught up with Sears at the Early Bird tournament in Truro this weekend.
