Ryan Nause is an assistant captain with Newbridge Academy U18 varsity hockey team. The grade 11 15 year old joined the Dartmouth private school in October after leaving the Notre Dame hockey program in Saskatchewan. He is a 5 foot 8 155 pound defenceman who provides generates alot of offence for Newbridge. The Riverview NB native is working toward playing junior or NCAA hockey in the near future but expects to be back at Newbridge next season. John Moore caught up with Rya, older brother of felloe Newbridge student Evan prior to a recent game at the Newbridge Private School Winter Showcase at the Dartmouth 4 Plex.
