Tampa Bay Lightning sent top prospect Jonathan Drouin back to the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL earlier this week. The CHL Player of the Year was in the lineup Tuesday in Saint John NB and John Moore spoke to the 3rd overall pick of the 2013 NHL draft.
